Service Description

Full background medical nutrition history will be taken and explained in detail as to how it affects your lifestyle. All anthropometric measurements will be taken (height, weight, Body Mass Index calculation, waist circumference, %body fat), along with any biochemical assessments (if you have had any recent blood tests please send them to Kelsey before your appointment), clinical assessments (any symptoms you may be experiencing shall be discussed) as well as detailed food intake history to determine best education material and meal plan to be provided to client.
